The Wurzburger Ethics Case — what’s it all about?

This week I try to make some sense out of the proceedings of the Santa Fe Ethics and Campaign Review Board (or the ECRB).

Listen to this week’s show by clicking on the grey player arrow below (41 min)

On October 17, the board FINALLY disposed of the ethics complaint against City Councilor Rebecca Wurtzberger filed all the way back in March of this year.  I’ll talk to Kiera Hay, Staff Writer for the Albuquerque Journal North, who covered the story from it’s inception, Paul Biederman, retired UNM law professor in government ethics, and former City Counselor Karen Heldmyer who brought the complaint against Councilor Wurzburger.  Councilor Wurzburger did not respond to requests for an interview.   And of course, Jim Atwood’s New Mexico Minute.  Enjoy the show.
