Nancy Udell is the host and producer of Santa Fe Stories.   In her former life, Nancy taught English at Walton High School in the Bronx, New York before going to the Yale Law School.  She practiced law in New York and Washington DC for ten years, including as the General Counsel and Director of Policy of Common Good, an organization dedicated to common sense legal reform.  Nancy moved to Santa Fe in 2005 with her husband Jim and they have never looked back.   Nancy is also a gardener, a ceramic artist, and teaches English at Breakthrough Santa Fe.  Her art work can be seen at nancyudell.com and at La Mesa of Santa Fe on Canyon Road.  Nancy & Jim have three sons, three grandsons and two dogs.

Jay Tincher,  co-producer and audio engineer for Santa Fe Stories, is a proud Santa Fe native, an artistdesigner and avid podcast listener, all things that blend well in the creation of this show. He is always interested in meeting new people, listening to their stories and following projects wherever they may lead.  Like the rest of the team at Santa Fe Stories he has a microphone and recorder on hand at all times and wants to hear your stories.

Jim Atwood is your host’s wonderful husband.  He is a retired Washington, D.C., lawyer, now living here in Santa Fe.  Jim does the New Mexico Minute for the show.  He practiced law for thirty years in Washington DC, he was Deputy Assistant Secretary of State in the Jimmy Carter Administration, and he was law clerk to Chief Justice Warren Burger on the U.S. Supreme Court.  He graduated from Yale College and Stanford Law School, and, since moving to Santa Fe, has made occasional contributions to the Santa Fe New Mexican in the form of op-eds and letters to the editor.
